Made out of extreme duty steel, it’ll last you season after season. The ash pan in the main chamber makes this the most unique offset that we have seen - you can easily use the main chamber for conventional direct Grill Grilling und get the ash out easily. All other offsets don't have an ashpan, so the ash falls onto the bottom of the barrel, und you need to scoop it out manually - und this is the key - if you leave it in there the ash will rust through the bottom of your barrel. So, having the ash pan is a really valuable feature.
