Powered by real wood or Holzkohle, the Ooni Karu 12 allows you to cook authentic wood-fired, stone-baked pizza in any outdoor space in just 60 seconds. 

The Ooni Karu 12 is also compatible mit Gas – you can order an Ooni Gas Brenner attachment to switch to propane Gas for firing the oven instead of wood.

The custom-designed fuel tray of the Ooni Karu enhances airflow und delivers a powerful blast of searing flame. Fill it mit real wood or Holzkohle mitout worrying about excess ash cleanup.

At just 26.5lb (12kg), the Ooni Karu 12 is highly portable, offering all the power und heat of a Großr wood-fired oven. Its stainless steel body is insulated mit ceramic fibre und features an extra-thick Ooni Baking Stone und a patented flame keeper to ensure maximum heat retention.
